特大斷面公路隧道結(jié)構(gòu)受力特性及穩(wěn)定性分析研究

【摘要】:本文針對(duì)特大斷面公路隧道的特點(diǎn),以廣西壯族自治區(qū)在建的桂來高速馬鞍山隧道為依托,對(duì)三種不同工況下的斷面進(jìn)行支護(hù)體系結(jié)構(gòu)受力現(xiàn)場測(cè)試。通過現(xiàn)場埋設(shè)傳感器測(cè)試錨桿軸力,初期支護(hù)受力、接觸壓力以及二襯混凝土應(yīng)變,對(duì)巖溶地區(qū)大斷面公路隧道圍巖及支護(hù)體系受力特征進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)的研究。同時(shí)通過數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算出三種不同工況下圍巖應(yīng)力場和支護(hù)系統(tǒng)的受力以及應(yīng)力分布等,并對(duì)現(xiàn)場量測(cè)的數(shù)據(jù)與數(shù)值模型計(jì)算結(jié)果來進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,從而可以全面研究不同圍巖、斷面條件下隧道的圍巖和結(jié)構(gòu)受力情況及其變形規(guī)律。并對(duì)圍巖結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行分析對(duì)現(xiàn)有設(shè)計(jì)和施工進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)部分支護(hù)參數(shù)提出優(yōu)化意見。 結(jié)合現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)的量測(cè)結(jié)果,以及數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果,總結(jié)隧道圍巖、支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)的受力特性與變形規(guī)律,為施工提供一定的科學(xué)依據(jù)和指導(dǎo),確保了施工的安全。 本文的研究成果的應(yīng)用為馬鞍山隧道工程的建設(shè)提供了理論依據(jù),,同時(shí)也可為后續(xù)的類似工程地質(zhì)條件下隧道修建提供設(shè)計(jì)和施工經(jīng)驗(yàn),因此具有較好的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:According to the characteristics of large section highway tunnel under construction in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Guangxi to Ma'anshan high-speed tunnel, supporting structure stress field test of three different conditions. Through field test section embedding sensor bolt axial force, initial support stress, contact pressure and two strain of lining concrete. Study on surrounding rock of large section highway tunnel in karst area and supporting system in force systematic characteristics. Through numerical simulation at the same time three kinds of surrounding rock under different conditions of stress field and support system stress and stress distribution, the calculation result and the numerical model of field measurement for analysis thus, a comprehensive study of different surrounding rock stress, surrounding rock and tunnel structure under the condition of the cross section and deformation. And the stability of the surrounding rock structure carries on the analysis to the existing design And the construction is evaluated, and some optimization opinions are put forward for some support parameters.
Combined with the field test results and numerical simulation results, the mechanical characteristics and deformation rules of tunnel surrounding rock and supporting structure are summarized, providing some scientific basis and guidance for construction, ensuring the safety of construction.
The application of this research provides a theoretical basis for the construction of Ma'anshan tunnel project, and also provides design and construction experience for tunnel construction under similar engineering geological conditions. Therefore, it has a good reference value.
