【摘要】:將廢舊輪胎生產(chǎn)成橡膠粉應(yīng)用于道路工程,不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了廢棄物循環(huán)利用的目的,而且可改善瀝青路面的使用性能,進(jìn)而延長瀝青路面的使用壽命。然而橡膠瀝青混合料的性能受到橡膠瀝青技術(shù)性質(zhì)的影響,且影響橡膠瀝青技術(shù)性質(zhì)的工藝參數(shù)較多。對此,論文在分析關(guān)鍵工藝參數(shù)對橡膠瀝青技術(shù)性質(zhì)影響的基礎(chǔ)上,對比研究基于選定的間斷級配和SMA級配的不同橡膠瀝青混合料性能,并與SBS改性瀝青混合料性能進(jìn)行對比研究,以期尋找出性能優(yōu)良的橡膠瀝青混合料,指導(dǎo)實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用,以使橡膠瀝青得到推廣應(yīng)用。 論文采用濕法工藝研究了基質(zhì)瀝青類型、膠粉摻量、裂解劑摻量以及裂解時(shí)間四大因素的變化對橡膠瀝青技術(shù)性質(zhì)的影響。同時(shí),通過熒光顯微鏡的微觀分析可知,不同影響因素下橡膠瀝青的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)存在較大的差異,,橡膠瀝青微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的變化是引起橡膠瀝青技術(shù)性質(zhì)發(fā)生變化的主要原因。 論文著重對不同橡膠瀝青混合料的性能進(jìn)行了研究。針對不同工藝參數(shù)的橡膠瀝青間斷級配混合料,以相同的油石比對比分析路用性能及工作性,結(jié)果表明:Q90#瀝青+20%膠粉+4‰裂解劑+裂解3小時(shí)的橡膠瀝青間斷級配混合料更適用于工程實(shí)踐,其工作性也比較優(yōu)良。在以該技術(shù)參數(shù)橡膠瀝青進(jìn)行選定SMA-13級配混合料的性能對比試驗(yàn),分析發(fā)現(xiàn),橡膠瀝青SMA-13混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性能更為優(yōu)越;當(dāng)添加纖維后,高溫穩(wěn)定性能提升幅度更大,但是水穩(wěn)定性能和工作性稍有變差。研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),不論哪種間斷級配,橡膠瀝青混合料的低溫抗裂性能和水穩(wěn)定性能均優(yōu)于SBS改性瀝青混合料。
[Abstract]:The application of waste tire to rubber powder in road engineering can not only achieve the purpose of recycling waste, but also improve the performance of asphalt pavement. Then prolong the service life of asphalt pavement. However, the performance of rubber asphalt mixture is affected by the technical properties of rubber asphalt, and there are many technological parameters that affect the technical properties of rubber asphalt. On the basis of analyzing the influence of key process parameters on the technical properties of rubber asphalt, the performance of different rubber asphalt mixtures based on selected discontinuous gradation and SMA gradation is studied. The performance of rubber asphalt mixture is compared with that of SBS modified asphalt mixture, in order to find out the rubber asphalt mixture with good performance and guide the practical engineering application, so that the rubber asphalt can be popularized and applied. In this paper, the effects of the type of asphalt, the content of rubber powder, the amount of pyrolysis agent and the cracking time on the technical properties of rubber asphalt were studied by wet process. According to the microscopic analysis of fluorescence microscope, there are great differences in microstructure of rubber asphalt under different influence factors. The change of microstructure of rubber asphalt is the main reason for the change of technical properties of rubber asphalt. This paper focuses on the performance of different rubber asphalt mixture. For the rubber asphalt discontinuous gradation mixture with different process parameters, the road performance and workability are compared with the same asphalt ratio.
