【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,大件運(yùn)輸作為一個(gè)快速發(fā)展的行業(yè),,成為支撐國家重大工程項(xiàng)目的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。而大件設(shè)備由于超重、超高及超寬等特殊性,很容易受到道路的實(shí)際條件及交通管理部門的限制,因此許多大件運(yùn)輸工作的開展并不順暢。本論文以貴州習(xí)水二郎電廠的大型發(fā)電機(jī)運(yùn)輸前期勘察和預(yù)估為背景依托,對該項(xiàng)目中習(xí)水至草蓮壩道路段上的三座石拱涵在大件重載運(yùn)輸條件下的結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行針對性的分析研究,并通過計(jì)算機(jī)程序編程對石拱涵的結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行安全性評價(jià),最后利用有限元分析來精確地判斷驗(yàn)算方法的準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性。 首先,通過閱讀和學(xué)習(xí)大量國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料,了解大件運(yùn)輸?shù)陌l(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、大件運(yùn)輸?shù)奶攸c(diǎn)以及大件運(yùn)輸荷載與普通荷載的區(qū)別。 其次,有針對性的對大件荷載運(yùn)輸車輛進(jìn)行重載分析,同時(shí)結(jié)合石拱涵的基本結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)、受力分析及計(jì)算方法,對大件運(yùn)輸條件下石拱涵的結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行理論驗(yàn)算和分析。 再次,在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,利用計(jì)算機(jī)編程軟件VB對石拱涵的結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性驗(yàn)算進(jìn)行編程,得到一個(gè)在大件運(yùn)輸條件下石拱涵結(jié)構(gòu)驗(yàn)算的應(yīng)用程序,通過此程序的驗(yàn)算可以對大件運(yùn)輸條件下石拱涵的結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行安全性評價(jià),為大件運(yùn)輸條件下道路的安全通過性評價(jià)系統(tǒng)提供重要的參考依據(jù)。 然后,根據(jù)現(xiàn)有大件運(yùn)輸條件下石拱涵的結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性驗(yàn)算方法和經(jīng)驗(yàn),以該項(xiàng)目背景為依托,選取該段路中某一典型尺寸的石拱涵,對其結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性分別進(jìn)行手工驗(yàn)算和程序驗(yàn)算,并用兩種算法的結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比分析。 最后,通過使用結(jié)構(gòu)有限元分析軟件對該石拱涵建立結(jié)構(gòu)有限元模型,在模型中加載該項(xiàng)目中的大件重載貨物,通過邁達(dá)斯橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)分析和設(shè)計(jì)軟件對其進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)受力分析,判斷石拱涵在該大件重載條件下的結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性,從而確定上訴理論驗(yàn)算方法和程序驗(yàn)算方法的準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性。
[Abstract]:With the development and progress of our country ' s economic construction and science and technology , the transportation of heavy goods as a rapidly developing industry has become the key link in supporting the country ' s major projects . First , through reading and learning a large number of relevant literatures , we know the present situation of transportation , the characteristics of large part transportation and the difference between heavy transportation load and common load . Secondly , carrying out heavy load analysis on heavy load transportation vehicles , combining the basic structural characteristics , stress analysis and calculation methods of the stone arch culvert , and carrying out theoretical calculation and analysis on the structural stability of the stone arch culvert under the transportation condition of the large part . Thirdly , on the basis of the theory research , the structural stability of the stone arch culvert is programmed with the computer programming software VB , and an application program for checking the structure stability of the stone arch culvert under the condition of large part transportation is obtained . The safety evaluation of the structural stability of the stone arch culvert under the transportation condition of the large part can be carried out by the checking calculation of the program , and the important reference basis for the safety passing performance evaluation system of the road under the transportation condition of the large part can be provided . Then , according to the calculation method and experience of the structural stability of the stone arch culvert under the existing large - piece transportation condition , based on the background of the project , the stone arch culvert of some typical dimension in the section is selected , the structural stability of the stone arch culvert is calculated manually and the program is verified , and the results of the two algorithms are compared and analyzed . Finally , by using the structural finite element analysis software to construct the finite element model of the stone arch culvert , the heavy load goods in the project are loaded in the model , and the structural stability of the stone arch culvert under the heavy load condition is determined through the analysis of the bridge structure and the design software , so that the accuracy and the reliability of the trial calculation method and the program checking method of the appeals theory are determined .
