【摘要】:針對(duì)黏土塊在管道中隨泥漿運(yùn)移時(shí)易溶崩破碎的特點(diǎn),以揚(yáng)州瘦西湖黏土為研究對(duì)象,室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工情況相結(jié)合,對(duì)黏土塊的溶崩破碎特性進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明,黏土塊的溶崩破碎程度與黏土塊浸泡的泥漿密度、浸泡時(shí)間、外加水流沖擊及切削作用等關(guān)系緊密。黏土塊在排漿管中運(yùn)移時(shí)不會(huì)完全溶崩破碎,經(jīng)過(guò)流水搬運(yùn)和相互間的反復(fù)翻滾摩擦、碰撞,一部分溶崩后變?yōu)槟酀{,一部分形成圓渾狀的黏土塊排出。對(duì)黏土塊的室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與實(shí)際工程結(jié)果做了較為全面的對(duì)比,分析了結(jié)果差異及原因。
[Abstract]:The Clay Lumps in the pipeline with mud Yunyishiyi solution collapse broken, Slender West Lake in Yangzhou clay as the research object, indoor test and site construction conditions for the combination of clay solution collapse crushing characteristics were studied. The results showed that the fragmentation degree of solution collapse and clay soaked mud density, clay soaking time and water flow impact and cutting effect closely. Clay in the slurry discharging pipe transport will not collapse completely dissolved after crushing, water handling and the repeated rolling friction, collision, a part of solution collapse into the mud, a part of clay blocks form a rounded like discharge. Laboratory testing results of viscosity clod and practical engineering and compared comprehensively, analyzed the differences and reasons.
