【摘要】:隨著各地規(guī)劃的公路建設(shè)項目越來越多,工程物流這門新興的分支學(xué)科也越來越得到重視。據(jù)測算,在總成本中物流成本占據(jù)的比例一般達(dá)到了百分之十到二十。有效的物流運(yùn)做是降低施工企業(yè)成本和提高市場競爭力的關(guān)鍵,而對服務(wù)于工程建設(shè)項目的施工基地進(jìn)行選址則是首先應(yīng)當(dāng)考慮的問題?梢赃@樣說,施工基地選址的優(yōu)劣程度決定了這個施工項目利潤水平的高低。當(dāng)前公路施工企業(yè)對于施工基地選址主要采取的措施是依據(jù)工程施工人員的經(jīng)驗,從定性分析的角度,以滿足工期為主要目標(biāo),在施工地點(diǎn)附近就近選址的方法來進(jìn)行的,顯然隨著高速公路建設(shè)工程的迅速發(fā)展,這種憑經(jīng)驗的方法已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)了。施工單位迫切的需要科學(xué)的方法對工程建設(shè)所需要布置的施工基地進(jìn)行分析計算,確定它們的最佳位置,以達(dá)到減少二次運(yùn)輸,避免不合理的對流、過遠(yuǎn)、迂回、重復(fù)運(yùn)輸?shù)痊F(xiàn)象。本文介紹了工程物流的概念、特點(diǎn)以及與產(chǎn)品物流的區(qū)別。構(gòu)建了遵循數(shù)據(jù)可得性原則以及能夠評定備選場址地點(diǎn)優(yōu)先次序的DEA指標(biāo)體系,利用DEA模型將不符合最優(yōu)經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo)的地點(diǎn)淘汰以便縮小選址范圍減少工作量;構(gòu)建了符合實(shí)際情況的雙層規(guī)劃模型和動態(tài)規(guī)劃模型,在目標(biāo)函數(shù)中分別實(shí)現(xiàn)利益最大化,并利用這些模型結(jié)合具體實(shí)例做出了工程施工基地在各階段最佳經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的分布策略。
[Abstract]:With more and more highway construction projects planned in various places, engineering logistics, a new branch of science, has been paid more and more attention. The proportion of logistics cost in the total cost is generally up to 10% to 20. Effective logistics operation is the key to reduce the cost of construction enterprises and improve the market competitiveness. And the site selection of the construction base serving for the construction project is the first issue to be considered. The degree of construction base location determines the profit level of the construction project. At present, the main measures taken by highway construction enterprises for site selection of construction base are based on the experience of the construction staff. From the qualitative analysis point of view, to meet the main objectives of the construction period, in the vicinity of the construction site location method to carry out, obviously with the rapid development of highway construction projects. The construction units urgently need scientific methods to analyze and calculate the construction bases that need to be arranged in order to determine their best position. In order to reduce secondary transportation, avoid unreasonable convection, far away, detour, repeat transportation and so on, this paper introduces the concept of engineering logistics. Characteristics and differences from product logistics. A DEA indicator system that follows the principle of data availability and is able to prioritize alternative sites is constructed. The DEA model is used to eliminate the locations that do not accord with the optimal economic indicators in order to reduce the scope of location and reduce the workload. A two-level programming model and a dynamic programming model are constructed to maximize the benefits in the objective function. The distribution strategy of optimal economic benefit of engineering construction base in each stage is given by using these models and concrete examples.
