【摘要】:摘要:本文綜合考慮影響凍脹的各內(nèi)、外部因素,進(jìn)行了對(duì)L型擋土墻墻背水平凍脹力特性的試驗(yàn)研究,其中包括根據(jù)相倒原理進(jìn)行的室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)監(jiān)測和以室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)為前提的數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算。通過室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)監(jiān)測了墻背水平凍脹力的大小和分布,過程中研究了決定凍脹情況的土體熱物理性質(zhì);通過有限元數(shù)值模擬軟件計(jì)算了凍脹試驗(yàn)中的溫度場和水平凍脹力,過程中對(duì)參數(shù)選取進(jìn)行了討論。數(shù)值模擬相比室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)來說更具可操控性,對(duì)采用不同參數(shù)的計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)比更容易實(shí)現(xiàn),但是室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)是更接近真實(shí)情況、更準(zhǔn)確可信的。本論文的研究內(nèi)容主要包括: 1)開發(fā)了一種可以從四個(gè)方向降溫的多功能凍土試驗(yàn)箱,設(shè)計(jì)了一套用于室內(nèi)測試水平凍脹力的方法。在進(jìn)行L型擋土墻墻背水平凍脹力特性的研究時(shí),可分別控制路基頂面、擋土墻背面、路基底面溫度變化。 2)在凍土試驗(yàn)箱內(nèi)監(jiān)測了不同含水率時(shí)溫度場的變化規(guī)律,歸納了影響凍結(jié)深度的因素,繪制了雙向凍結(jié)時(shí)凍結(jié)鋒面發(fā)展變化的圖形。在凍土試驗(yàn)箱內(nèi)監(jiān)測了不同含水率時(shí)水平凍脹力的大小與分布,總結(jié)了不同高度處水平凍脹力的發(fā)展規(guī)律,并從力學(xué)角度推導(dǎo)了水平凍脹力公式。 3)用abaqus數(shù)值模擬軟件模擬了不同含水率時(shí)的溫度場的變化規(guī)律。選取不同含水率的細(xì)砂土體,利用其溫度場的改變模擬了水平凍脹力的大小與分布,得到含水率與水平凍脹力的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系;再通過不停改變墻體對(duì)土體的約束條件,得到墻體轉(zhuǎn)角與水平凍脹力的對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系。 4)對(duì)比總結(jié)了實(shí)測和模擬的結(jié)果,分析了水平凍脹力產(chǎn)生條件與削弱措施,對(duì)L型擋土墻的設(shè)計(jì)提出了一些建議,推廣數(shù)學(xué)上的因素分析理論。
[Abstract]:Abstract: This paper considers the influence of external factors, frost heave, test has been carried out on the wall back horizontal frost heaving force characteristics of L type block, including the calculation of indoor test according to the principle of reverse phase monitoring and numerical simulation on the indoor test as the premise. The size and distribution of the wall back through the indoor test monitoring level the frost heaving force, soil thermal physical properties of the frost heave of the decision; through the finite element numerical simulation software of temperature field and frost heave test of frost heaving force calculation process of parameter selection are discussed. The numerical simulation is more than experimental control, the calculation results of different parameters the contrast is more easily achieved, but the indoor test is closer to the real situation, the more accurate and reliable. The main contents of the dissertation include:
1) developed a cooling from four directions of the multifunctional frozen test box, designed for indoor test of frost heaving force method. In the study of L type retaining wall surface horizontal frost heaving force characteristics, can control the subgrade surface, retaining wall back surface temperature change road base.
2) in frozen soil test box to monitor the temperature change rule of different water content, we find out the factors influencing the freezing depth, draw the bidirectional freezing front development of frozen change graphics. And cloth size in frozen soil test box to monitor the horizontal frost heaving force of different water contents, summarizes the development rules of different height the horizontal frost heaving force, and from the angle of mechanics derived horizontal frost heaving force formula.
3) using ABAQUS software to simulate the variation of temperature field with different water content. The selection of fine sand soil with different moisture content, size and distribution of the temperature field changes to simulate the horizontal frost heaving force, the corresponding relation of moisture content and the horizontal frost heaving force; and then through the constantly changing conditions the wall of soil, the corresponding relation of wall angle with the horizontal frost heaving force.
4) the results of measurement and simulation are compared and analyzed. The conditions and measures of horizontal frost heave force are analyzed, and some suggestions for the design of L retaining wall are put forward, so as to extend mathematical factor analysis theory.
