【摘要】:公路水毀災(zāi)害是常見的公路災(zāi)害之一。由于公路工程的帶狀構(gòu)造特性,其沿線地形地貌、水文條件、地質(zhì)條件復(fù)雜多變,致使公路水毀災(zāi)害類型也多種多樣。遙感技術(shù)作為一門新興的監(jiān)測技術(shù),其具有快速、有效、大范圍獲取信息的特點。因此,基于遙感監(jiān)測技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢,利用遙感技術(shù)進(jìn)行公路水毀災(zāi)害的識別和公路損毀度評估具有重要的工程意義和廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。公路水毀災(zāi)害遙感識別是根據(jù)各種公路水毀災(zāi)害的特點,選擇合適的遙感影像和處理技術(shù),,研究出各種公路水毀災(zāi)害的識別方法。公路損毀度評估是在公路水毀災(zāi)害識別的基礎(chǔ)上,利用評估模型,確定公路水毀等級。 首先,在總結(jié)了已有學(xué)者對公路水毀災(zāi)害分類的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)遙感識別的特點,本文按照水毀發(fā)生位置將公路水毀災(zāi)害分為沿河公路水毀、公路上邊坡水毀和路面水毀三大類,并結(jié)合遙感影像的空間分辨率和時間分辨率,討論了適合公路水毀災(zāi)害識別的遙感數(shù)據(jù)。 其次,在遙感原理和遙感影像相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)信息庫設(shè)計原則和面向?qū)ο蟮睦碚,進(jìn)行了公路水毀災(zāi)害影像信息庫的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能設(shè)計,并闡明了信息庫各系統(tǒng)模塊的功能。 再次,在分析了遙感影像傳統(tǒng)監(jiān)督和非監(jiān)督分類方法的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合面向?qū)ο蟮姆诸惙椒ǎ芯苛诉m合水體、公路及公路水毀的識別技術(shù)。 最后,根據(jù)公路損毀對交通的影響,利用損毀比例、受損系數(shù)和交通影響系數(shù)三個參數(shù)建立了公路損毀度評估模型,并對“816”特大洪水中大河西村到孤家子村水毀路段進(jìn)行了評估,驗證了本文評估模型的可行性。
[Abstract]:Flood disaster of highway is one of the common highway disaster. The banded structure characteristics of highway engineering, along the topography, hydrological conditions, complex geological conditions, resulting in a variety of types of flood disaster of highway. Remote sensing technology as a new monitoring technology, which is rapid, effective, large range of access to information. Therefore remote sensing monitoring technology, based on the advantages of recognition and road flood disaster of highway damage assessment using remote sensing technology has important practical significance and broad application prospects. The highway flood disaster remote sensing identification is according to the characteristics of flood disaster of highway, selection of remote sensing image processing technology and suitable, research method for identifying flood disaster of all highway. Highway damage assessment is based on the recognition of highway flood disasters, using the evaluation model, determine the highway flood level.
First of all, on the basis of the former research on classification of flood disaster of highway, according to the characteristics of remote sensing identification, according to the flood occurrence location will flood disaster damage for highway points along the highway, road slope and road surface damaged damaged three categories, spatial resolution and temporal resolution and combination of the remote sensing image, discusses the remote sensing data for identification of highway flood disasters.
Secondly, based on the principle of remote sensing and remote sensing image correlation theory, according to the database design principle and object oriented theory, the structure and function of flood disaster road image information database design, and expounds the function modules of the system database.
Again, based on the analysis of the remote sensing image of traditional supervised and unsupervised classification methods, combined with object oriented classification method, for the study of water, identification of highway and highway washout.
Finally, according to the highway damage impact on traffic, the damage ratio, damage coefficient and traffic impact coefficient of three parameters to establish highway damage degree evaluation model, and the "816 rivers" flood in the village of Gujiazi village destroyed roads were evaluated to demonstrate the feasibility of this evaluation model.
