【摘要】:船橋碰撞的研究對(duì)降低橋梁碰撞風(fēng)險(xiǎn),減少公共財(cái)產(chǎn)損失具有重大的作用。隨著三峽庫(kù)區(qū)蓄水的完成,河流水位落差大大增加,已建成拱橋橋梁將面臨更大的船舶撞擊風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。對(duì)庫(kù)區(qū)每座橋梁進(jìn)行船撞風(fēng)險(xiǎn)研究很有必要,但是耗資巨大且難以實(shí)施,而且還有很多不可預(yù)料因素。為了節(jié)約時(shí)間和經(jīng)濟(jì)成本,本文以實(shí)際工程為背景,選取兩座具有代表性的拱橋進(jìn)行數(shù)值分析模擬,以期取得可靠的分析結(jié)果,并對(duì)拱橋船撞防護(hù)措施提出一些建議。本文主要做了以下幾個(gè)方面的分析研究: 對(duì)船橋碰撞中橋梁構(gòu)件的極限側(cè)抗力計(jì)算原理進(jìn)行了闡述,并且對(duì)拱橋水中墩和拱圈分別進(jìn)行了抗力計(jì)算,為船舶撞擊力提供計(jì)算基礎(chǔ)。 在橋梁船撞概率模型計(jì)算方面,由于山區(qū)河流的特點(diǎn)和拱橋的形式特點(diǎn),在比較了國(guó)內(nèi)外應(yīng)用較為廣泛的概率模型的基礎(chǔ)上,選取了三概率積分模型對(duì)山區(qū)拱橋河流進(jìn)行碰撞概率計(jì)算,計(jì)算在不同水位下,不同年限內(nèi)各個(gè)墩和拱圈的年碰撞概率和年倒塌概率,得出隨著水位的上漲和船舶通航次數(shù)的增加,碰撞概率會(huì)逐漸增大,因此很有必要增加橋梁防撞設(shè)施。 本文在計(jì)算船舶撞擊力方面采用大型有限元軟件LS-DYNA進(jìn)行分析計(jì)算,,在對(duì)下承式拱橋進(jìn)行模擬時(shí),橋墩均采用實(shí)體單元模擬,上部結(jié)構(gòu)采用梁?jiǎn)卧M,得出較為滿意的模擬效果,在對(duì)上承式拱橋進(jìn)行模擬時(shí),拱圈均采用實(shí)體單元進(jìn)行模擬,分別計(jì)算船頭,甲板室,桅桿的撞擊力。針對(duì)不同工況的模擬結(jié)果,得出每種工況下船舶撞擊力均在橋墩極限抗力之下,橋墩和拱圈均安全。 在防撞設(shè)施選取方面,本文著重介紹了防撞設(shè)施設(shè)計(jì)原理和原則以及目前主要的防撞設(shè)施。針對(duì)山區(qū)拱橋河流具體情況,把橋梁防護(hù)措施分為橋墩防護(hù)和拱圈防護(hù)兩個(gè)方面,分別提出了幾種防護(hù)建議。
[Abstract]:The research of ship bridge collision to reduce bridge collision risk, and plays an important role to reduce the loss of public property. With the completion of the Three Gorges reservoir, the river water level drop increases greatly, has built a bridge arch bridge will face the risk of collision of ship more. The reservoir every bridge is necessary Research on the risk of ship collision, but is costly and difficult to the implementation, but there are many unpredictable factors. In order to save time and cost, this paper selects two representative arch bridge by numerical analysis and simulation, to obtain reliable results in order, and put forward some suggestions on protection measures of arch bridge ship collision. This paper mainly studied the following the:
Elaborates the ultimate side resistance of the bridge collision components calculation principle, and on the pier and arch bridge in water were calculated on the basis of calculation of resistance, in order to provide force of ship collision.
The probability of collision model in ship bridge calculation, because the form features and characteristics of arch bridge in mountainous rivers, based on comparing the probability model at home and abroad are widely used on the selected three probability integral model of collision probability calculation of mountain rivers are calculated in the arch bridge, different water level, each pier and arch ring in different period the collision probability and the probability of collapse with the increase of the year, and the number of ship navigation rising water level, the collision probability will increase gradually, so it is necessary to increase the bridge protection facilities.
Based on the calculation of ship impact force are calculated using the finite element software LS-DYNA, the arch bridge is simulated, piers are simulated by solid element, the upper structure is simulated by beam element, the simulation results are satisfactory, the arch bridge is simulated when the arch ring are made of solid unit simulation, calculated the bow, deckhouses, impact force of the mast. According to the simulation results of different working conditions, the ship impact force are each condition under the pier limiting force, pier and arch are safe.
In the selection of anti-collision facilities, this paper introduces the design principle and the principle of protection facilities and the main anti-collision facilities. For the mountain river bridge to bridge the specific circumstances, protective measures can be divided into two aspects of pier protection and arch protection, are put forward several protection suggestions.
