【摘要】:我國(guó)季節(jié)性凍土面積為513.7×104km2,約占全國(guó)國(guó)土面積的53.5%,季節(jié)性冰凍氣候?qū)饭こ藤|(zhì)量的影響十分顯著。伴隨著土體中水的凍結(jié)和融化,冰凍期路面易產(chǎn)生縱向開裂、凍脹隆起等現(xiàn)象,春融期路面結(jié)構(gòu)則易產(chǎn)生沉陷變形及翻漿等現(xiàn)象,導(dǎo)致路面使用質(zhì)量降低,影響行車安全,養(yǎng)護(hù)維修成本增加。綜合凍區(qū)、公路自然區(qū)劃、大地標(biāo)準(zhǔn)凍深、土質(zhì)、地貌等因素的影響,對(duì)季凍區(qū)路基凍害進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的調(diào)查,并考慮路面結(jié)構(gòu)、路基斷面形式、路線走向等因素對(duì)道路凍深的影響,對(duì)典型凍害進(jìn)行了鉆探調(diào)查。通過室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)完成了路基土凍脹性能、路面材料低溫彎曲性能及路基土強(qiáng)度衰減等試驗(yàn),設(shè)計(jì)并修筑了路基凍脹特征觀測(cè)及凍害防治技術(shù)實(shí)體工程。利用鉆探資料、室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果及實(shí)體工程觀測(cè)結(jié)果分析了路基土凍脹及凍害機(jī)理,提出了路基土凍脹特性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),改進(jìn)了路基土凍脹測(cè)試儀并修訂了試驗(yàn)方法,總結(jié)了路基土凍脹與道路凍深的影響因素及規(guī)律,最終提出路基凍脹防治技術(shù)原則與要點(diǎn),并形成指南。研究成果可用于季凍區(qū)公路路基設(shè)計(jì)、施工及養(yǎng)護(hù),減少路基凍害,降低養(yǎng)護(hù)費(fèi)用,提高路基路面使用性能和服務(wù)壽命,符合國(guó)家環(huán)保節(jié)約的基本國(guó)策,因此擁有廣闊的市場(chǎng)前景和良好的推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The seasonal frozen soil area in China is 513.7 脳 104km2, which accounts for 53.5% of the national land area. With the freezing and melting of water in the soil, the pavement in frozen period is prone to longitudinal cracking, frost heave and other phenomena. During the spring melting period, the pavement structure is prone to the phenomenon of subsidence, deformation and mudding, which leads to the decrease of pavement quality, the influence of driving safety, the increase of maintenance and maintenance cost, the comprehensive frozen area, the natural division of highway, and the standard freezing depth of the earth. The influence of soil quality, geomorphology and other factors on the frozen depth of road is investigated systematically, and the influence of pavement structure, roadbed cross-section form, route direction and other factors on road freezing depth is considered. Through the laboratory tests, the frost heaving performance of subgrade soil, the low temperature bending performance of pavement material and the strength attenuation of roadbed soil were tested. Based on the drilling data, the results of laboratory test and the observation of solid engineering, the mechanism of frost heave and frost damage of subgrade soil is analyzed. The evaluation index of frost heaving property of roadbed soil is put forward, the testing instrument of frost heaving of subgrade soil is improved and the test method is revised, and the influencing factors and rules of frost heaving of subgrade soil and freezing depth of road are summarized. Finally, the technical principles and main points of roadbed frost heaving prevention are put forward, and the guidelines are formed. The research results can be used in the design, construction and maintenance of highway roadbed in seasonal frozen area, reduce the frost damage of roadbed and reduce the maintenance cost. Improving the performance and service life of subgrade and pavement is in line with the basic national policy of environmental protection and saving, so it has broad market prospect and good value of popularization and application.
