【摘要】:為適應交通現(xiàn)代化的需求,公路橋梁開始向多車道發(fā)展,單幅橋梁的橫向寬度不斷增加。同時,隨著對橋梁結構簡化和施工方便等要求的提高,國內(nèi)外建造的預應力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋中,采用能適應較寬橋梁的大懸臂單箱單室寬箱截面形式越來越多。對于懸臂施工的預應力混凝土連續(xù)梁橋,特別是寬斷面單箱單室連續(xù)梁橋施工過程中的不確定性因素很多,這些因素必將造成結構施工和成橋狀態(tài)與設計要求之間的差異,所以對寬斷面單箱單室連續(xù)梁橋的施工控制是十分必要的。施工控制中對橋梁進行的施工階段仿真分析是按有限元平面桿系進行的計算,為了全面了解寬斷面單箱單室連續(xù)梁橋受力特性,對其進行橫向內(nèi)力分析也是必要的。 本文以牡丹江市青梅大橋主橋為工程背景,對寬斷面單箱單室連續(xù)梁橋施工控制中的幾何變形控制、應力控制、合攏施工控制等問題進行了研究,并結合其他不同斷面形式對寬斷面單箱單室連續(xù)梁橋的橫向內(nèi)力特性進行了分析,具體研究內(nèi)容如下: (1)在施工監(jiān)控過程中,針對青梅大橋主橋的結構特點,采用正裝分析法利用Midas/Civil有限元分析軟件進行施工過程模擬分析;在標高誤差預測時采用了在連續(xù)梁橋施工監(jiān)控中不常用到的基于LS-SVM的預測方法,達到了良好的預測效果,并與灰色系統(tǒng)理論和BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡預測結果進行對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)基于LS-SVM法的預測精度最高,說明此種方法在施工控制中應用是可行的;對應力監(jiān)測結果做了詳細的論述,從而掌握了寬斷面單箱單室連續(xù)梁橋在施工過程中的應力變化特點;對合攏施工控制中關鍵問題進行了闡述。 (2)在橫向內(nèi)力分析時,對包括青梅大橋主橋中跨跨中斷面、1/4斷面在內(nèi)的,以及在跨中斷面基礎上變化得到的3種連續(xù)箱梁斷面利用加彈性支承框架法進行了橫向彎矩計算,結合不同斷面橫向彎矩計算結果,綜合分析寬斷面單箱單室連續(xù)箱梁橋的橫向內(nèi)力狀態(tài)。 本文在施工監(jiān)控的實施、橫向內(nèi)力分析中都采用了較好的方法,均取得了良好的效果,對寬斷面單箱單室連續(xù)梁橋的施工控制及橫向受力特點得到了進一步的掌握,可為同類橋梁的施工控制及橫向內(nèi)力分析提供參考和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of the traffic modernization , the highway bridge starts to develop to the multi - lane , and the transverse width of the single bridge is increasing . At the same time , as the bridge structure is simplified and the construction is convenient and so on , there are many uncertainties in the construction process of the prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge , especially the wide cross - section single - box single - chamber continuous beam bridge . Taking the main bridge of Qingmei Bridge in Mudanjiang city as the engineering background , the problems of geometric deformation control , stress control and closed construction control in the construction control of single - chamber continuous beam bridge with wide section are studied , and the transverse internal force characteristics of single - chamber continuous beam bridge with wide cross - section are analyzed in combination with other different section forms . The specific research contents are as follows : ( 1 ) In the process of construction supervision , aiming at the structural characteristics of the main bridge of Qingmei Bridge , the construction process simulation analysis is carried out by means of the method of positive load analysis using the Midas / Civil finite element analysis software , and the forecasting result based on LS - SVM is adopted in the prediction of the elevation error , which shows that the application of the LS - SVM method is the highest , and the stress change characteristics of the continuous beam bridge in the construction process of the single - chamber single - chamber continuous beam bridge are mastered , and the key problems in the closed construction control are expounded . ( 2 ) In the analysis of lateral internal force , the transverse bending moment calculation of three continuous box girder sections , including cross section , section 1 / 4 section and cross section of the main bridge of Qingmei Bridge , is carried out by means of the elastic support frame method , and the transverse internal force state of the single chamber continuous box girder bridge with wide section is comprehensively analyzed in combination with the calculation results of transverse bending moments of different sections . In this paper , a good method is adopted in the implementation of construction monitoring and lateral internal force analysis , and the construction control and transverse force characteristics of single - chamber continuous beam bridge with wide cross - section are further mastered , which can provide reference and basis for the construction control and lateral internal force analysis of similar bridges .
