【摘要】:在港口企業(yè)發(fā)展中,信息化、自動(dòng)化對(duì)貨物運(yùn)輸起著主導(dǎo)和控制的作用,因此各個(gè)港口都很重視對(duì)碼頭現(xiàn)場(chǎng)信息的掌握、控制和處理。隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,微電子技術(shù),計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù),自動(dòng)控制技術(shù),傳感器技術(shù)大量進(jìn)入港口行業(yè),對(duì)于碼頭信息系統(tǒng)的可視化,操作自動(dòng)化,以及數(shù)據(jù)記錄存檔等提供更多的支持,利用可編程控制器(PLC)控制的控制系統(tǒng)越來(lái)越多得的應(yīng)用。本文針對(duì)小虎石化碼頭的中控系統(tǒng),基于可編程控制器(PLC),上位機(jī)組態(tài)軟件(SCADA)以及SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)對(duì)中控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。碼頭的各個(gè)泊位與中控室的通訊,通過(guò)當(dāng)前流行的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)ControlNet進(jìn)行連接。人機(jī)界面方面,采用性能穩(wěn)定的工控機(jī),運(yùn)行上位機(jī)組態(tài)軟件(SCADA),對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備的信息進(jìn)行顯示,并對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行控制、操作。而現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的數(shù)據(jù)、工人的操作等信息,,通過(guò)服務(wù)器運(yùn)行SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)軟件自動(dòng)進(jìn)行記錄以備查。從而使得只使用少量的人員即可使用中控系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備設(shè)施的控制、操作,對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)動(dòng)態(tài)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè),對(duì)發(fā)生的事件具有可追溯的記錄等功能。
[Abstract]:In the development of port enterprises, informationization and automation play a leading and controlling role in cargo transportation. Therefore, each port attaches great importance to mastering, controlling and processing information on the spot of wharf. With the development of information technology. Microelectronics technology, computer technology, automatic control technology, sensor technology into the port industry, for the terminal information system visualization, operation automation, as well as data archiving and provide more support. The application of PLC control system is getting more and more. This paper is based on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for the central control system of Xiaohu Petrochemical Wharf. The design and implementation of the central control system in the upper computer configuration software (SCADAA) and the SQL database, and the communication between the berths of the dock and the central control room. Through the current popular field bus technology ControlNet connection. The man-machine interface, using a stable performance of the industrial control computer, running the upper computer configuration software ControlNet). Display the information of the field equipment, and control and operate the equipment. And the data of the site, the operation of the workers and other information. Through the server running SQL database software to record automatically for reference, so that only a small number of people can use the central control system, to achieve the field equipment facilities control, operation. Real-time monitoring of site production dynamics and traceability of events.
