【摘要】:近年來,獨(dú)塔斜拉橋以其優(yōu)美的外形和良好的跨越能力,得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。然而在實(shí)際施工中,施工方法和施工控制在很大程度上影響最終結(jié)構(gòu)的線形、內(nèi)力。因此在單跨獨(dú)塔非對(duì)稱式斜拉橋施工過程中有必要針對(duì)具體的工程特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行施工優(yōu)化,從而使施工控制的結(jié)果能夠達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)的預(yù)期值。 本文將針對(duì)呂山大橋施工監(jiān)控遇到的問題,從以下幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究: (1)根據(jù)單跨帶錨碇獨(dú)塔折線斜拉橋的施工控制系統(tǒng),闡述施工控制的重要性和研究現(xiàn)狀,并提出施工控制的原則和方法,根據(jù)呂山大橋的實(shí)際監(jiān)控介紹呂山大橋的施工控制系統(tǒng),包括監(jiān)控的目的、方法和內(nèi)容。 (2)介紹呂山大橋的主梁施工方法和施工過程,主梁采用掛籃懸臂施工,對(duì)掛籃做一定的計(jì)算與分析,并說明掛籃的具體施工方案;最后闡述呂山大橋的具體施工過程及方法,并說明帶錨碇獨(dú)塔斜拉橋的施工特點(diǎn)。 (3)以呂山大橋施工控制過程為例,利用MIDAS/Civil有限元計(jì)算軟件對(duì)成橋階段和施工階段進(jìn)行模擬分析,主要分析施工方法不同對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力與變形所產(chǎn)生的影響;在施工階段分析中對(duì)主梁現(xiàn)澆段的兩種不同施工方案進(jìn)行比較,分析兩種方案結(jié)構(gòu)的線形和內(nèi)力,并得出較優(yōu)的施工方案。 通過對(duì)呂山大橋施工方法和施工控制研究,分析單跨帶錨碇獨(dú)塔折線斜拉橋分段懸臂施工過程中個(gè)參數(shù)的變化情況,并在施工階段分析中對(duì)主梁現(xiàn)澆段的兩種不同施工方案的計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。原方案支架現(xiàn)澆段長(zhǎng)為20.53m,懸澆1#段長(zhǎng)度為8m,比較方案支架現(xiàn)澆段設(shè)為24.53m,懸澆1#段長(zhǎng)度則減為4m,其他尺寸與施工過程不變。經(jīng)過兩種方案的計(jì)算值與設(shè)計(jì)理論值和和實(shí)測(cè)監(jiān)控?cái)?shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,確定此支架現(xiàn)澆段為20.53m的施工方案優(yōu)于支架現(xiàn)澆段為24.53m的施工方案。結(jié)果可為單跨帶錨碇獨(dú)塔斜拉橋折線施工控制過程和分析計(jì)算提供參考依據(jù),對(duì)同類型獨(dú)塔斜拉橋的施工過程具有較好參考意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years , the single - tower cable - stayed bridge has been widely used in its beautiful appearance and excellent crossing ability . However , in the actual construction , the construction method and construction control influence the linear and internal forces of the final structure to a great extent . Therefore , it is necessary to optimize the construction in the construction process of single - span single - tower asymmetric cable - stayed bridge , so that the result of construction control can reach the expected value of the design . In this paper , the problems encountered in construction monitoring of Lvshan Bridge will be studied from the following aspects : ( 1 ) According to the construction control system of single - span cable stayed bridge with single - span anchorage , the importance and research status of construction control are expounded , and the principles and methods of construction control are put forward . According to the actual monitoring of Lvshan Bridge , the construction control system of Lvshan Bridge is introduced , including the purpose , method and content of monitoring . ( 2 ) The construction method and construction process of the main beam of Lvshan Bridge are introduced . The main beam is constructed by hanging basket cantilever , the hanging basket is calculated and analyzed , and the concrete construction scheme of the hanging basket is explained . Finally , the concrete construction process and method of Lvshan Bridge are described , and the construction characteristics of the cable - stayed bridge with the anchor tower are explained . ( 3 ) Taking the construction control process of Lvshan Bridge as an example , using MIDAS / Civil finite element calculation software to simulate the bridge stage and the construction stage , the influence of different construction methods on the internal force and deformation of the structure is analyzed , and two different construction schemes of the cast - in - situ section of the main beam are compared in the construction phase analysis , and the linear and internal forces of the two schemes are analyzed , and the better construction scheme is obtained . Through the research on the construction method and construction control of Lvshan Bridge , the author analyzes the variation of the parameters during the construction process of the single - span cable stayed bridge with single span , and compares the results of the two different construction schemes in the cast - in - situ section of the main beam in the construction phase analysis . The comparison between the calculated value of the two schemes and the measured monitoring data shows that the cast - in - place section of the bracket is better than the construction scheme of 24.53 m in the cast - in - situ section of the bracket . The results can provide a reference for the construction control process and the analysis calculation of the single - span cable - stayed bridge with single - span anchorage , and have good reference significance for the construction process of the same type of single - tower cable - stayed bridge .
