【摘要】：從交通工程專業(yè)所培養(yǎng)的現代工程師應具備的能力與素質出發(fā),強調高校應與時俱進,進行改革,適應市場化要求,培養(yǎng)出社會所需的應用型人才。為達到這一目的,分析當前高校就業(yè)指導教育工作的不足,從根源上對教師的陳舊教學理念、教學方法改革,努力提高學生素質,培養(yǎng)應用型人才。應結合國內高校交通工程專業(yè)的就業(yè)特點,形成就業(yè)指導、就業(yè)信息、就業(yè)反饋的一個完整循環(huán)過程,最終使更多學生滿意就業(yè),達到個人、社會的雙贏。
[Abstract]:Starting from the ability and quality of modern engineers trained by traffic engineering specialty, it is emphasized that colleges and universities should keep pace with the times, carry out reforms, adapt to the requirements of marketization, and cultivate applied talents that the society needs. In order to achieve this goal, we analyze the shortcomings of the current employment guidance education in Colleges and universities, and try to improve the quality of students and train applied talents from the root of teachers' outdated teaching ideas and teaching methods reform. Combined with the employment characteristics of traffic engineering major in domestic universities, we should form a complete cycle process of employment guidance, employment information and employment feedback, so that more students can be satisfied with employment and achieve a win-win situation for individuals and society.
