    前言：為了促進(jìn)清潔鑄造技術(shù)推廣應(yīng)用,采取了一系列鑄造廢棄物的資源化再利用措施:將再生舊砂用作制芯原砂,采用廢砂、廢渣和清理氧化鐵皮粉制磚,廢焦炭末壓塊制成型焦代替部分焦炭、鑄件加工鐵屑?jí)簤K回爐利用等。通過(guò)這些工作,即提高了企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,又保護(hù)了我們的資源與環(huán)境,為鑄造業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供了保證。
    We adopted a series of methods to utilize foundry wastes as the resources to promote the application of the clean foundry technologies,for example,we reclaimed the used sand as raw sand to make cores,made paving units from a mixture of waste sand,waste slag and iron scale,squeezed the waste coke powder to moulding the coke and squeezed the waste cast iron chips machined into scrap blocks for melt,etc..Through these works,we not only increased economic effects for the company,but also protected the environme...
