文章摘要：介紹了砂型、石膏型和熔模鑄造復(fù)雜、薄壁、精密鋁合金鑄件的優(yōu)勢(shì)和缺點(diǎn),以及這些鑄造技術(shù)的最新發(fā)展情況。近年來(lái)發(fā)展應(yīng)用的鑄造技術(shù)有：差壓、調(diào)壓砂型反重力鑄造技術(shù),硅橡膠模-發(fā)泡石膏型-低壓石膏型鑄造工藝技術(shù),以及Sophia熔模鑄造技術(shù)等。我國(guó)在復(fù)雜、薄壁鋁精鑄件研究及生產(chǎn)方面已取得很大進(jìn)展,但與國(guó)外先進(jìn)水平相比,仍有一定差距。

Abstr：The advantage and disadvantage as well as the development of sand casting,plaster casting and investment casting technologies for the production of thin walled complex-precision aluminum alloy castings are discussed.Recently,differential/adjusted pressure counter gravity sand casting process,silastic pattern-foamed plaster mold-low pressure casting process and Sophia investment casting process have been developed.There still is a gap between China and advanced countries though China has made great progress in the production of thin walled complex-precision aluminum alloy castings.
