表面改性對熱壓焊接TC4/PET接頭強(qiáng)度的影響

金屬/高分子復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)能夠發(fā)揮金屬與熱塑性高分子各自的優(yōu)勢,越來越多應(yīng)用于輕型結(jié)構(gòu)的搭建中。而這種復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)的制備需要表面預(yù)處理、金屬/高分子連接、過程仿真等多項(xiàng)步驟。本文將介紹通過熱壓焊接連接TC4鈦合金和聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)的工藝。與其他連接方式相比,熱壓焊作為一種新型連接工藝,具有接合時(shí)間短的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。相比傳統(tǒng)的機(jī)械鉚接與粘接,熱壓焊在連接過程中無需鉚釘、粘膠等輔助工具,焊接工藝靈活。此外,在本課題中,為了促進(jìn)鈦合金與高分子間的有效連接,材料表面處理是較關(guān)鍵的技術(shù)。本課題的研究目的是,通過在鈦合金基底上制造宏觀和微觀尺度表面結(jié)構(gòu)來增強(qiáng)材料間的粘合,從而提高接頭強(qiáng)度。在課題研究中,使用噴砂和化學(xué)腐蝕的方式改進(jìn)鈦合金的表面形貌。在化學(xué)腐蝕步驟中,使用三種不同的酸溶液進(jìn)行鈦合金的表面改性。使用噴砂或化學(xué)腐蝕后的結(jié)構(gòu)增加了金屬的表面粗糙度與連接面積,因此促進(jìn)了機(jī)械互鎖。此外,通過化學(xué)腐蝕后,鈦合金和高分子之間的微觀連接也因?yàn)殁伜辖鸨砻娓男远玫礁纳。對微觀界面的結(jié)構(gòu)表征與XPS分析表明,TC4和PET之間的化學(xué)鍵合以及微觀機(jī)械咬合能夠顯著改善TC4/PET間的界面連接。使用表面改性工藝...
