整體立銑刀數控磨削編程方法研究及系統開發(fā)

  計算機數控(CNC)加工已被認為是能夠生產具有高精度和可靠質量的制造工藝,并在低成本的高質量供應在制造業(yè)中起著至關重要的作用,也適用于用于加工零件的切削工具的制造。整體立銑刀是機械加工中最常用的切削刀具之一,用于復雜形狀表面的加工。為了提高生產效率,必須組織高質量和快速生產的切削刀具,包括整體銑刀。立銑刀通過許多參數定義,如直徑、螺旋角、后角、前角、齒數等。這些參數必須確保了切削過程的切屑流動和加工后工件所需的表面質量。要做到這一點,必須開發(fā)滿足這些高要求的軟件,具有良好的界面并且易于使用。在我的研究工作中,選擇了整體立銑刀,開發(fā)的軟件考慮了整體銑刀的幾何特征,使其更容易制造。首先,查閱了該領域的研究現狀,包括國內外許多研究人員的研究論文和科學著作,總結整理了定義整體立銑刀的基本幾何參數。整體立銑刀其參數結構設計含義:為了保持整體立銑刀圓周切削刃、螺旋槽、端刃和排屑槽的基本結構之間的相對位置關系、刀刃的長度、直徑,重要幾何參數如螺旋槽、刀刃的前后角和螺旋角在數學上被參數化,使得它們可以在有限的范圍內調整。刀具的前角影響加工中的切削力,容屑槽的形狀和尺寸決定了刀具的剛性和切屑排出能力,并...
