金屬注射成形制備IN713C合金的研究

【摘要】:為了尋找一種適用于汽油機(jī)渦輪增壓器高溫環(huán)境下使用的合金材料,選用IN713C合金作為研究對(duì)象,旨在探索最佳的IN713C注射成形工藝參數(shù)。對(duì)制備樣品的密度、微觀組織結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行測(cè)試和分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)850℃是較佳的預(yù)燒溫度;當(dāng)燒結(jié)溫度為1 300℃,保溫時(shí)間為3 h時(shí),樣品密度、硬度和拉伸性能最佳,燒結(jié)密度為7.83 g/cm~3,,相對(duì)密度為99.0%。
