球磨對Zr-Cu-Al-Ni金屬玻璃粉末結(jié)構(gòu)與吸放氫性能的影響(英文)

【摘要】:研究了球磨對氣霧化法所制備的Zr_(50.7)Cu_(28)Al_(12.3)Ni_9金屬玻璃粉末結(jié)構(gòu)與吸放氫性能的影響。氣霧化的金屬玻璃粉末在經(jīng)過80 h的球磨后,仍呈現(xiàn)為非晶態(tài)。球磨對金屬玻璃粉末吸放氫性能的影響在一臺全自動Sieverts裝置上進(jìn)行了測量。球磨之后,金屬玻璃粉末的吸氫性能獲得提升,粉末的飽和吸氫質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)從霧化態(tài)的0.96%(H/M≈0.7)提升至了球磨后的2.66%(H/M≈1.9)。然而,由于吸氫后金屬玻璃粉末內(nèi)部生成穩(wěn)定的氫化物相,使得球磨后的金屬玻璃粉末的放氫性能未能獲得提升。
[Abstract]:The effect of ball milling on the structure and hydrogen absorption and desorption properties of Zr_ (50.7) Cu_ (28) Al_ (12.3) Ni_9 metallic glass powder prepared by atomization method was studied.
