低碳鋼雙絲氣體保護(hù)焊工藝設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:雙絲氣體保護(hù)焊是一種高效化焊接方法,能夠在保證焊接質(zhì)量的前提下進(jìn)行高速焊接。本文基于焊接機(jī)器人系統(tǒng),研究了焊接電流、電壓和速度對(duì)電弧穩(wěn)定性、飛濺、焊縫成形及微觀組織的影響規(guī)律,并改進(jìn)雙絲焊工藝。研究結(jié)果表明:控制前絲與后絲焊接電流、電弧電壓的差值在一定范圍內(nèi)可實(shí)現(xiàn)1.2 m/min高效穩(wěn)定焊接,但當(dāng)焊接速度進(jìn)一步提高時(shí)會(huì)影響焊接質(zhì)量。優(yōu)化后的焊接工藝方案:前絲焊接電流260 A、后絲焊接電流240 A、前絲電弧電壓24.7 V、后絲電弧電壓23.9 V、焊接速度1 m/min。
[Abstract]:Double wire gas shielded welding is an efficient welding method, which can carry out high speed welding under the premise of ensuring welding quality. Based on the welding robot system, the effects of welding current, voltage and speed on arc stability, splashing, weld forming and microstructure are studied in this paper, and the double wire welding process is improved. The results show that 1.2 m/min high efficiency and stable welding can be realized by controlling the welding current and arc voltage difference between the front wire and the rear wire, but the welding quality will be affected when the welding speed is further improved.
