一種新型改性聚氨酯涂層性能研究

【摘要】:采用加速腐蝕實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,研究了聚酯改性丙烯酸聚氨酯有機(jī)涂層在模擬海洋環(huán)境中的腐蝕過程和失效機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:聚酯改性的丙烯酸聚氨酯涂層的失光率隨加速實(shí)驗(yàn)周期的延長而逐漸增大,其附著力實(shí)驗(yàn)前后變化并不明顯。在涂層的失效過程中,因腐蝕介質(zhì)在涂層中的滲入,涂層的介電常數(shù)和孔隙率隨著時(shí)間逐漸增大,電化學(xué)阻抗值逐漸減小,但是最終仍然保持在10~8Ω·cm~2左右。說明這種涂層在紫外輻射和周期浸泡的交互作用下仍然具有較好的耐蝕性和附著力,能夠有效阻擋腐蝕介質(zhì)的侵入,起到良好的耐蝕作用。
[Abstract]:The corrosion process and failure mechanism of polyester modified acrylic polyurethane organic coating in simulated marine environment were studied by accelerated corrosion test. The results show that the loss of light of acrylic polyurethane coating modified by polyester increases gradually with the prolongation of accelerated experimental period, and the adhesion of acrylic polyurethane coating does not change obviously before and after the experiment. In the failure process of the coating, due to the infiltration of corrosion medium into the coating, the dielectric constant and porosity of the coating increase gradually with time, and the electrochemical impedance decreases gradually, but it is still kept at about 10 鈮,
