變形溫度對6082鋁合金析出相、顯微組織演變、力學(xué)性能和腐蝕行為的影響(英文)

【摘要】:研究深冷軋制、室溫軋制和后續(xù)退火對6082鋁合金析出相、顯微組織演變(回復(fù),再結(jié)晶與晶粒生長)、力學(xué)性能和腐蝕行為的影響。采用差示掃描量熱儀、透射電子顯微鏡和背散射電子衍射研究深冷軋制、室溫軋制及后續(xù)熱處理樣品的析出動力學(xué)和顯微組織形貌,以探討其力學(xué)性能。經(jīng)200°C退火后,深冷軋制樣品的抗拉強(qiáng)度和硬度(345 MPa和HV 127)比室溫軋制樣品的抗拉強(qiáng)度和硬度(320 MPa和HV 115)更高。200°C退火后深冷軋制樣品抗拉強(qiáng)度和硬度得到提高是因?yàn)殇X基體中析出β''相,與室溫軋制樣品相比產(chǎn)生更大的Zener阻力。與室溫軋制樣品的腐蝕和點(diǎn)蝕電位(-1.335 V和-710 mV)相比,深冷軋制樣品的腐蝕和點(diǎn)蝕電位(-1.321 V和-700 mV)也得到提高。深冷軋制樣品具有較高的位錯密度,Mg_4Al_3Si_4析出相溶解到基體中,通過形成鈍化保護(hù)層和抑制原電池的形成,使樣品的抗腐蝕性能得到提高。
[Abstract]:The effects of cryogenic rolling, room temperature rolling and subsequent annealing on precipitated phase, microstructure evolution (recovery, recrystallizing and grain growth), mechanical properties and corrosion behavior of 6082 aluminum alloy were studied. The precipitation kinetics and microstructure of cryogenic rolling, room temperature rolling and subsequent heat treatment were studied by differential scanning Calorimeter, transmission electron microscope and backscattering electron diffraction. After annealing at 200 擄C, the tensile strength and hardness of cryogenic rolled samples (345 MPa and HV 127) are higher than those of room temperature rolled samples (320 MPa and HV 115). The increase of tensile strength and hardness of cryogenic rolled samples after annealing at 200 擄C is due to the precipitation of 尾 'phase in aluminum matrix, which produces greater Zener resistance than that of rolled samples at room temperature. Compared with the corrosion and pitting potentials (- 1.335 V and-710 mV) of the samples rolled at room temperature, the corrosion and pitting potentials (- 1.321 V and-700 mV) of the cryogenic rolled samples are also increased. The cryogenic rolled samples have high dislocation density. The precipitated phase of Mg_4Al_3Si_4 is dissolved into the matrix. The corrosion resistance of the samples is improved by forming passivation protective layer and inhibiting the formation of the original battery.
