基于熱加工圖的鑄態(tài)TC18鈦合金熱變形特征研究(英文)

【摘要】:采用Gleeble-3800熱模擬機(jī)對鑄態(tài)TC18鈦合金進(jìn)行高溫?zé)釅嚎s變形實(shí)驗(yàn),分析該合金在變形溫度1000~1150℃、應(yīng)變速率0.01~10s~(-1)和變形量為70%條件下流變應(yīng)力的變化規(guī)律。確定TC18鈦合金熱變形激活能,建立熱加工圖,并通過組織觀察對熱加工圖進(jìn)行解釋。綜合不同應(yīng)變量下的熱加工圖,獲得了試驗(yàn)參數(shù)范圍內(nèi)熱變形過程的最佳工藝參數(shù),為鑄態(tài)TC18鈦合金熱加工工藝優(yōu)化提供理論依據(jù)。
