熱處理工藝對(duì)Ag-Mg-Ni合金內(nèi)氧化的影響

【摘要】:Ag-Mg-Ni合金的內(nèi)氧化影響其顯微組織和力學(xué)性能。研究了Ag-0.3Mg-0.2Ni合金在不同熱處理?xiàng)l件下的顯微組織和力學(xué)性能變化。結(jié)果表明,隨著熱處理溫度增加,合金的顯微硬度先降后升,金相顯微組織由典型的纖維狀特征轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榈容S晶;隨著保溫時(shí)間延長(zhǎng),晶粒逐漸長(zhǎng)大,硬度提高;熱處理溫度在400℃以上時(shí),Ag-Mg-Ni合金開(kāi)始發(fā)生內(nèi)氧化,升高溫度能夠加速內(nèi)氧化過(guò)程,600℃保溫6 h或800℃保溫2 h可獲得顯微硬度(Hv_(0.02))在140以上的Ag-0.3Mg-0.2Ni。
[Abstract]:The internal oxidation of Ag-Mg-Ni alloy affects its microstructure and mechanical properties. The microstructure and mechanical properties of Ag-0.3Mg-0.2Ni alloy under different heat treatment conditions were studied. The results show that with the increase of heat treatment temperature, the microhardness of the alloy decreases at first and then increases, and the metallographic microstructure changes from typical fiber-like characteristics to equiaxed crystals, and with the prolongation of holding time, the grains grow up and the hardness increases.
