9Ni鋼拉伸性能的同步輻射高能X射線原位研究

【摘要】:利用熱膨脹儀、同步輻射高能X射線衍射、XRD和TEM等對經(jīng)淬火+兩相區(qū)處理+不同溫度回火處理的9Ni鋼中逆變奧氏體含量、逆變奧氏體在室溫單軸拉伸過程的形變誘導(dǎo)相變及其對強度的影響規(guī)律進行了研究.結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)780℃淬火和680℃兩相區(qū)處理后,實驗鋼中不含逆變奧氏體,而在隨后的回火過程中產(chǎn)生一定量的逆變奧氏體.逆變奧氏體含量隨回火溫度的上升先升高而后降低,600℃回火時逆變奧氏體含量最高.在室溫拉伸過程中,逆變奧氏體的形變誘導(dǎo)相變開始于宏觀屈服之后,在頸縮前基本全部轉(zhuǎn)變成馬氏體,從而屈服強度隨回火溫度的升高先減小后增大,600℃回火時屈服強度最小;抗拉強度隨回火溫度的升高而增大,640℃回火時抗拉強度最大.
[Abstract]:Thermal dilatometer, synchroradiation high energy X-ray diffraction, XRD and TEM were used to study the deformation induced transformation of inverter Austenite and its effect on strength in 9Ni steel tempered at different temperatures after quenching and tempering at different temperatures. The results show that there is no inverter Austenite in the experimental steel after quenching at 780鈩,
