Cr含量和pH值對(duì)低鉻管線鋼半鈍化行為的影響

【摘要】:針對(duì)油氣管道CO_2腐蝕環(huán)境,研究了Cr含量為1%~5%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))的5種低鉻鋼的陽極極化行為,討論了半鈍化行為受Cr含量的影響規(guī)律。測(cè)試了不同pH值下5種低鉻鋼的極化曲線,探究了不同Cr含量的低鉻鋼出現(xiàn)明顯半鈍化的臨界pH值。利用Raman光譜,對(duì)比了在不同pH值溶液中極化生成的腐蝕膜的成分。結(jié)果表明,隨著Cr含量的升高,低鉻鋼半鈍化特征變得更加明顯。在CO_2環(huán)境下,溶液pH值的升高對(duì)Cr(OH)_3沉積有利,基體中Cr的溶解導(dǎo)致低鉻鋼表面生成了Cr(OH)_3膜,在極化曲線測(cè)試過程中,顯示出半鈍化的特征。
