冷軋中間退火對LZ91鎂鋰合金組織與性能的影響

【摘要】:利用硬度測試、室溫拉伸、杯突試驗、金相電子顯微鏡、掃描電子顯微鏡、透射電鏡等手段,研究冷軋中間退火對LZ91鎂鋰合金組織與性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,經(jīng)過中間退火后,合金發(fā)生再結(jié)晶,可以有效改善板材邊裂現(xiàn)象。較優(yōu)的中間退火工藝為200℃×1.0 h,薄板抗拉強度為224 MPa,較未經(jīng)中間退火的薄板低16.1%;伸長率為24.8%,較未經(jīng)中間退火的薄板升高11.2%;杯突IE值為6.23 mm,提高11.9%。未經(jīng)中間退火的合金試樣,其裂紋都平行于軋制方向呈直線狀分布;而退火后,破裂的部位在脹形的最高點,裂紋呈散射狀由膨脹中心沿著徑向發(fā)散。
[Abstract]:The effects of cold rolling intermediate annealing on the microstructure and properties of LZ91 magnesium-lithium alloy were studied by means of hardness test, room temperature tensile test, cupping test, metallographic electron microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope.
