熱處理對鎳鈦合金絲材超彈性和相變的影響

【摘要】:通過差示掃描量熱儀和拉伸測試等手段,研究退火溫度和時間對鎳鈦形狀記憶合金超彈性和相變的影響。拉伸測試結(jié)果表明:在400、450、500、550和600℃退火保溫5、10、15、20和30 min過程中,隨著退火溫度升高或退火時間延長,合金的超彈性下降,低溫短時退火易獲得良好的超彈性。DSC測試結(jié)果表明:隨退火溫度的升高,馬氏體-奧氏體逆相變終了溫度降低;隨著退火時間延長,馬氏體-奧氏體逆相變終了溫度逐漸升高。循環(huán)拉伸測試結(jié)果表明,隨著退火溫度升高或退火時間的延長,合金的殘余應(yīng)變不斷增大。
