調質態(tài)07MnNiMoDR鋼脆性斷裂機制及沖擊功離散性

【摘要】:測試了調質態(tài)07MnNiMoDR鋼的沖擊功,研究了其在DBTT區(qū)間的脆性斷裂機制.結果表明,調質態(tài)07MnNiMoDR鋼在DBTT區(qū)間的解理斷裂由貝氏體束尺寸控制;存在一個臨界尺寸,當形成于貝氏體束內的微裂紋尺寸達到這個臨界值,并在正應力作用下穿過貝氏體束界擴展至相鄰貝氏體束時,發(fā)生脆性解理斷裂.另外,在DBTT區(qū)間的沖擊斷裂過程中,粗大貝氏體束的離散分布將使得脆性斷裂載荷值不穩(wěn)定,并最終導致沖擊功出現離散.因此,通過控制調質態(tài)07MnNiMoDR鋼中貝氏體束尺寸并使其均勻分布,能夠有效提高其在DBTT區(qū)間的沖擊功及降低沖擊功離散性.

[Abstract]:The impact work of quenched 07MnNiMoDR steel was measured and its brittle fracture mechanism in DBTT range was studied. The results show that the cleavage fracture of quenched and tempered 07MnNiMoDRsteel in DBTT range is controlled by the size of bainite beam, and there is a critical size, when the microcrack size formed in bainite beam reaches this critical value and extends through bainite beam boundary to adjacent bainitic beam under normal stress, brittle cleavage fracture occurs. In addition, in the process of impact fracture in DBTT interval, the discrete distribution of coarse bainite beam will make the load value of brittle fracture unstable, and eventually lead to the discretization of impact work. Therefore, by controlling the size and uniform distribution of bainite bundles in the tuned 07MnNiMoDRsteel, the impact work in the DBTT region can be effectively improved and the dispersion of the impact energy can be reduced.
