離子源增強(qiáng)電弧離子鍍活塞環(huán)表面CrN涂層的制備

【摘要】:為了尋求發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)核心部件活塞環(huán)上電鍍硬鉻的替代技術(shù),采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的離子源增強(qiáng)陰極電弧離子鍍系統(tǒng),在W18Cr4V高速鋼試塊上制備了不同厚度的CrN涂層,用XRD、SEM分析涂層的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)、表面形貌和厚度;利用顯微硬度計(jì)和球盤式摩擦儀分析了涂層厚度對(duì)力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著厚度的增加,CrN涂層結(jié)晶結(jié)構(gòu)沒(méi)有明顯變化,2.5μm厚CrN涂層硬度達(dá)1 900 HV0.05,最低摩擦因數(shù)0.6,最低磨損速率2.664×10~(-6) mm~3/N·m。對(duì)CrN涂層和電鍍硬鉻ASL817鋼質(zhì)活塞環(huán)進(jìn)行珩磨測(cè)試,在珩磨2 400次之后,CrN涂層鋼質(zhì)活塞環(huán)出現(xiàn)較大孔洞(50μm),但沒(méi)有涂層脫落,具有良好的附著力,工作間隙變化不大;電鍍硬鉻活塞環(huán)涂層磨損較CrN涂層嚴(yán)重,工作間隙開(kāi)始變大;珩磨12 000次后電鍍硬鉻活塞環(huán)工作間隙達(dá)到允許最大值,CrN涂層活塞環(huán)依保持正常工作間隙,耐磨性更好。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the replacement technology of electroplating hard chromium on the piston ring of the core component of the engine, a self-designed ion source enhanced cathode arc ion plating system was used to prepare the CrN coating with different thickness on the W18Cr4V high-speed steel block, and the crystal structure, the surface morphology and the thickness of the coating were analyzed by XRD and SEM. The effect of the coating thickness on the mechanical properties was analyzed by means of the micro-hardness tester and the ball-disc type friction instrument. The results show that with the increase of the thickness, the crystal structure of the CrN coating is not changed obviously, the hardness of the 2.5. m-thick CrN coating is up to 1 900 HV0.05, the minimum friction factor is 0.6, the minimum wear rate is 2.664-10-(-6) mm-3/ N 路 m. The CrN coating and the electroplated hard-chrome ASL817 steel piston ring are subjected to the abrasion-grinding test, After 2,400 times, the steel piston ring of the CrN coating had a large hole (50. mu.m), but without the coating, the steel piston ring had good adhesive force and little change of working gap, and the coating of the hard chrome piston ring was more worn than the CrN coating, and the working gap became larger. When the working clearance of the hard chrome piston ring is reached to the maximum value after 12 000 times of grinding, the piston ring of the CrN coating can maintain the normal working gap, and the wear resistance is better.
