回火對(duì)新型機(jī)械工具鋼碳化物析出行為的影響研究

【摘要】:采用箱式電阻爐對(duì)試驗(yàn)工具鋼進(jìn)行了不同工藝的回火處理。用掃描電鏡對(duì)鋼中碳化物的形貌進(jìn)行了觀察,用化學(xué)方法對(duì)析出的碳化物的含量和成分進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,試驗(yàn)鋼在900℃淬火后的組織為馬氏體+碳化物,有較多未溶碳化物在原奧氏體均勻分布;200℃×2 h回火對(duì)于組織中碳化物的析出不明顯,300℃×2 h回火時(shí)析出相嚴(yán)重粗化,造成性能明顯下降,而當(dāng)采用160℃×10 h低溫回火工藝時(shí),析出相含量大大增加,呈細(xì)小彌散分布,性能得到明顯提高;在各種工藝回火后,組織中M_3C的含量均較淬火態(tài)明顯增加,而MC含量較淬火態(tài)無(wú)明顯差別,M_3C析出相中主要以Fe、C、Cr三種元素為主,MC析出相中主要以V、C、N三種元素為主,還含有少量的Nb、Ti、Cr、Mo等元素。
