冷卻速率對(duì)高錳TWIP鋼中夾雜物演變規(guī)律的影響

【摘要】:通過(guò)試驗(yàn)和熱力學(xué)計(jì)算研究了冷卻速率對(duì)高錳TWIP鋼中夾雜物演變規(guī)律的影響。高錳TWIP鋼中夾雜物可分為9類:(Ⅰ)AlN、(Ⅱ)MgO、(Ⅲ)CaS、(Ⅳ)MgAl2O4、(Ⅴ)AlN+MgO、(Ⅵ)MgO+MgS、(Ⅶ)MgO+MgS+CaS、(Ⅷ)MgO+CaS、(Ⅸ)MgAl2O4+MgS。冷卻速率為4.83℃/s時(shí),鋼中夾雜物類型為(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ)和(Ⅳ)~(Ⅸ),而冷卻速率為0.75℃/s時(shí),鋼中夾雜物類型為(Ⅰ)~(Ⅲ)、(Ⅴ)和(Ⅷ)。隨著冷卻速率的增大,鋼中夾雜物的體積分?jǐn)?shù)和面積分?jǐn)?shù)幾乎不變,夾雜物尺寸減小,數(shù)量密度增大。隨著冷卻速率的增大,AlN的尺寸、數(shù)量密度與面積分?jǐn)?shù)的變化趨勢(shì)與上述相同。通過(guò)熱力學(xué)計(jì)算得到的夾雜物類型與實(shí)際觀察結(jié)果基本一致。
