雙相不銹鋼內(nèi)界面特征分布和耐晶間腐蝕性能

【摘要】:分別在1 573,1 323K對(duì)UNS S31803雙相不銹鋼進(jìn)行了固溶處理,再依次進(jìn)行了冷軋和退火處理,利用電子背散射衍射和雙環(huán)電化學(xué)動(dòng)電位再活化法研究了該鋼內(nèi)界面特征分布和晶間腐蝕敏感性,并分析了二者之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:在1 573K固溶并經(jīng)冷軋退火后,試驗(yàn)鋼得到了α+!兩相均勻分布的等軸組織,出現(xiàn)了大量滿足K-S和N-W取向關(guān)系的低能相界,且α相中低界面能的小角度晶界所占比例超過50%,這些低能界面抑制了晶粒的長(zhǎng)大,提高了試驗(yàn)鋼的耐晶間腐蝕性能;在1 323K固溶并經(jīng)冷軋退火后,試驗(yàn)鋼的顯微組織為α+γ兩相條帶組織,滿足K-S和N-W關(guān)系的相界較少,α相中以大角度晶界為主,其耐晶間腐蝕性能較差。
[Abstract]:UNS S31803 duplex stainless steel was treated by solid solution treatment at 1573 K and 1323K, then cold rolled and annealed in turn. The interfacial characteristic distribution and intergranular corrosion sensitivity of the steel were studied by electron backscattering diffraction and double ring electrochemical potentiodynamic reactivation method, and the relationship between them was analyzed. The results show that 偽 is obtained after solid solution at 1573 K and cold rolling annealing.
