CrMoWV鋼的應(yīng)力松弛行為及其預(yù)測(cè)

【摘要】:以12Cr-1Mo-1W-0.25V耐熱鋼550,600℃的8760h松弛實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)作為對(duì)象,研究短時(shí)間松弛數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確而有效預(yù)測(cè)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間松弛應(yīng)力的方法。在采用松弛模型對(duì)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間松弛應(yīng)力進(jìn)行直接擬合外推時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)模型參數(shù)與所采用擬合數(shù)據(jù)的時(shí)間長(zhǎng)度呈規(guī)律性的變化。提出考慮模型參數(shù)規(guī)律變化的時(shí)序參數(shù)法,以高精度預(yù)測(cè)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間松弛應(yīng)力。通過(guò)對(duì)比時(shí)序參數(shù)法與直接擬合外推法的預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果,認(rèn)為時(shí)序參數(shù)法在用短時(shí)間松弛數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)測(cè)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間松弛應(yīng)力上具有明顯優(yōu)勢(shì),預(yù)測(cè)結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性較直接外推法高。
