激光熔覆FeCrNiCoMnB_x高熵合金涂層的組織結(jié)構(gòu)與性能

【摘要】:采用激光熔覆技術(shù)制備FeCrNiCoMnB_x高熵合金涂層,研究了硼含量對(duì)激光熔覆FeCrNiCoMnB_x高熵合金涂層的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、硬度和摩擦磨損性能的影響,以及硼化物中層錯(cuò)形成機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明:涂層均由簡(jiǎn)單fcc結(jié)構(gòu)固溶體和硼化物兩相組成。當(dāng)硼含量x≤0.75時(shí),生成的硼化物以(Cr,Fe)_2B相為主;而當(dāng)硼含量x=1時(shí),生成大量的(Fe,Cr)_2B相。隨著硼含量的增加,涂層中的硼化物含量增加,硬度增大,耐磨性能增強(qiáng)。硼化物(Fe,Cr)_2B相在(110)面存在大量堆垛層錯(cuò)。硼化物中的層錯(cuò)是(Fe,Cr)_2B相通過(guò)(110)面的層錯(cuò)(滑移距離為1/4[111])方式而向(Cr,Fe)_2B相轉(zhuǎn)變而產(chǎn)生。
