【摘要】：采用激光熔覆技術(shù)制備FeCrNiCoMnB_x高熵合金涂層,研究了硼含量對激光熔覆FeCrNiCoMnB_x高熵合金涂層的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、硬度和摩擦磨損性能的影響,以及硼化物中層錯形成機制。結(jié)果表明:涂層均由簡單fcc結(jié)構(gòu)固溶體和硼化物兩相組成。當(dāng)硼含量x≤0.75時,生成的硼化物以(Cr,Fe)_2B相為主;而當(dāng)硼含量x=1時,生成大量的(Fe,Cr)_2B相。隨著硼含量的增加,涂層中的硼化物含量增加,硬度增大,耐磨性能增強。硼化物(Fe,Cr)_2B相在(110)面存在大量堆垛層錯。硼化物中的層錯是(Fe,Cr)_2B相通過(110)面的層錯(滑移距離為1/4[111])方式而向(Cr,Fe)_2B相轉(zhuǎn)變而產(chǎn)生。
[Abstract]:FeCrNiCoMnB_x high entropy alloy coating was prepared by laser cladding. The effect of boron content on the microstructure, hardness and friction and wear properties of laser coated FeCrNiCoMnB _ x high entropy alloy coating, as well as the formation mechanism of interlayer fault of borided alloy coating, were studied.
