【摘要】：針對鋁合金型材多點(diǎn)柔性拉彎的三維成形過程,基于Abaqus/Standard軟件建立了多點(diǎn)柔性拉彎成形的有限元仿真模型及混合算法。其中,拉彎成形過程使用動態(tài)顯式算法,回彈預(yù)測使用靜態(tài)隱式算法,并采用Abaqus/Standard軟件的隱式算法對拉彎成形零件的應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變及回彈進(jìn)行了預(yù)測。試驗結(jié)果表明:基于混合算法的有限元模型能夠有效地預(yù)測回彈誤差,且隨著垂直方向上彎曲變形的增大,回彈的理論預(yù)測值與實際測量值的差距逐步縮小。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the three-dimensional forming process of multi-point flexible bending of aluminum alloy profiles, the finite element simulation model and hybrid algorithm of multi-point flexible bending forming are established based on Abaqus/Standard software. Among them, the dynamic explicit algorithm is used in the drawing and bending forming process, the static implicit algorithm is used to predict the springback prediction, and the stress, strain and springback of the drawing and bending forming parts are predicted by the implicit algorithm of Abaqus/Standard software. The experimental results show that the finite element model based on the hybrid algorithm can effectively predict the springback error, and with the increase of bending deformation in the vertical direction, the gap between the theoretical prediction value and the actual measured value of springback gradually reduces.
