Mg-20Cu-8Sn和Mg-15Ca-5Sn儲(chǔ)熱合金的研究

【摘要】:以自主設(shè)計(jì)的鎂基儲(chǔ)熱材料Mg-20Cu-8Sn和Mg-15Ca-5Sn合金為研究對(duì)象,利用排水法測(cè)定了其密度,結(jié)合金相顯微鏡(OM)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)、電子探針(EPMA)等方法對(duì)其金相組織、物相組成進(jìn)行了表征,并通過差示掃描量熱儀(DSC)分析了其相變溫度、相變潛熱。結(jié)果表明,Mg-20Cu-8Sn和Mg-15Ca-5Sn合金的密度分別為2.133和1.695g/cm3;前者主要相組成為α-Mg+CuMg_2+Mg_2Sn,后者為α-Mg+MgCa_2+Mg_2Sn;其相變溫度和相變潛熱值分別為462.42、517.37℃和136.4、195.1J/g。
[Abstract]:The density of magnesium based heat storage materials Mg-20Cu-8Sn and Mg-15Ca-5Sn alloy was measured by drainage method. The alloy phase microscope (OM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), was used as the research object. The metallographic structure and phase composition were characterized by electron probe (EPMA) and the phase transition temperature and latent heat were analyzed by differential scanning Calorimeter (DSC). The results show that the densities of Mg-20Cu-8Sn and Mg-15Ca-5Sn alloys are 2.133 and 1.695 g 鈮,
