微觀組織結(jié)構(gòu)對NiCrAlY涂層抗高溫氧化性能的影響

【摘要】:利用低壓等離子噴涂(LPPS)和超音速火焰噴涂(HVOF)分別制備出具有兩種典型組織的Ni Cr Al Y涂層,分別為層片狀組織和粉末顆粒堆積結(jié)構(gòu)。兩種涂層的耐高溫氧化性能試驗在空氣條件下進行,1 100℃分別保溫5、10和20 h,以及在1 200℃和1 300℃分別保溫10 h。結(jié)果表明,在1 100℃等溫氧化條件下,層片狀結(jié)構(gòu)的LPPS涂層的抗高溫性能優(yōu)于顆粒堆積結(jié)構(gòu)的HVOF涂層,并且隨著保溫時間的增加,氧化增重呈現(xiàn)拋物線形式增長。在1 200℃和1 300℃變溫氧化過程中,顆粒堆積結(jié)構(gòu)的HVOF涂層的抗高溫氧化性能高于LPPS涂層。
