2A14鋁合金TTT曲線及其淬火敏感性

【摘要】:采用分級淬火實驗方法,繪制了2A14鋁合金時間-溫度-轉(zhuǎn)換率(TTT)曲線,利用XRD、TEM、EDS等觀察分析了合金等溫過程中的組織變化,結(jié)合Avrami方程研究了等溫過程中相變動力學(xué)。結(jié)果表明合金TTT曲線鼻尖溫度為350℃,淬火敏感區(qū)間為300~400℃。2A14鋁合金過飽和固溶體在350℃等溫處理時快速分解,第二相脫溶析出速率達到最高。鼻尖溫度較大的過飽和度和較高的擴散速率是第二相快速析出和長大的主要原因。2A14鋁合金淬火過程中,建議在淬火敏感區(qū)間(300~400℃)提高冷卻速率抑制第二相析出,在其他溫度區(qū)間適當(dāng)降低冷卻速率,以獲得較高的綜合性能。
