高速平滑S曲線加減速速度控制算法研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)S型曲線加減速算法的加加速度曲線是階躍變化的,即其存在拐點(diǎn),在高速加工過程中容易引起數(shù)控機(jī)床的沖擊與振動(dòng),提出了能避免加加速度階躍變化的平滑S型曲線加減速控制算法,根據(jù)曲線長度將平滑S型曲線加減速控制分為完整平滑加減速過程和不完整平滑加減速過程,并都建立了詳細(xì)的算法。最后用流量計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)子截面曲線擺線段作為實(shí)例并與S曲線加減速控制算法進(jìn)行了仿真對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證該算法的正確性。驗(yàn)證結(jié)果表明:該算法不僅可保證速度和加速度連續(xù),而且加加速度也呈線性規(guī)律變化,避免了加減速過程中的加加速度階躍現(xiàn)象,提高了數(shù)控系統(tǒng)加減速平滑性、柔性。
[Abstract]:The acceleration curve of S-shaped curve acceleration and deceleration algorithm is step by step, that is, it has inflection point, which can easily cause the impact and vibration of NC machine tool in the process of high speed machining. A smooth S-shaped curve acceleration and deceleration control algorithm is proposed to avoid the step change of acceleration. According to the curve length, the smooth S-shaped curve acceleration and deceleration control is divided into complete smooth acceleration and deceleration process and incomplete smooth acceleration and deceleration process. And the detailed algorithms are established. Finally, the cycloid section of the rotor section curve of the Flowmeter is taken as an example and compared with the S curve acceleration and deceleration control algorithm to verify the correctness of the algorithm. The verification results show that the algorithm can not only ensure the continuity of velocity and acceleration, but also change linearly, avoid the acceleration step phenomenon in the process of acceleration and deceleration, and improve the smoothness and flexibility of acceleration and deceleration of NC system.
