5A06鋁合金復(fù)雜盒形件等溫鍛造工藝研究

【摘要】:針對5A06鋁合金復(fù)雜盒型件,利用有限元分析軟件Deform,確定了先預(yù)成形后終成形的等溫鍛造成形工藝方案。并通過逆向補償方法設(shè)計了預(yù)成形及終成形模具。在20 MN鍛壓機上,先將鋁合金板材預(yù)鍛成預(yù)制坯,然后再等溫終鍛。等溫鍛造工藝中,模具溫度為(450±10)℃,5A06鋁合金預(yù)制坯溫度為(465±10)℃,成形時最大擠壓力為14000 k N。等溫鍛造試驗表明;Deform有限元分析對等溫鍛造成形工藝研究具有較強的指導(dǎo)意義,采用先預(yù)成形后終鍛成形工藝能大大提高鍛件成形質(zhì)量;此外,5A06鋁合金等溫鍛造盒型件相較于機械加工盒型件,抗拉強度Rm提高到350 MPa,伸長率A提高到25%。
