20鋼熱浸鍍鋁工藝及力學(xué)性能研究
[Abstract]:In order to improve the anticorrosion, heat resistance and high temperature oxidation resistance of 20 steel, hot dip aluminum coating was formed on the surface of 20 steel with 6%KF 2%ZnCl_2 as plating aid. Scanning electron microscope (Scanning Electron Microscopy,SEM) was used. The surface morphology, microstructure, microhardness and nano-hardness and elastic modulus of the coating were observed by HVS-1000 microhardness tester and Nano-2000 nano-indentation instrument, respectively. The results show that the coating is composed of aluminum layer on the surface layer and iron-aluminum alloy layer on the subsurface layer. There is no cracking and leakage plating on the surface and profile, and there is a metallurgical bond between the coating and the substrate. With the prolongation of dipping time, the thickness of aluminum layer does not change obviously, but the thickness of iron-aluminum alloy layer increases parabola, and the microhardness of aluminum layer is 57.6 HV_ (0. 5%). The microhardness of Fe-Al alloy layer with nano-hardness of 2.3 GPa, is 781.5 HV_, and the elastic modulus of Fe-Al alloy layer with nano-hardness of 9.2 GPa; is basically the same as that of 20 steel, with an average value of 223 GPa..
