【摘要】：以小尺寸票夾為研究對象,針對其在生產(chǎn)過程中出現(xiàn)的回彈問題,根據(jù)零件尺寸、材料、生產(chǎn)批量的要求,對零件進(jìn)行全面的工藝性分析。在模具設(shè)計過程中對回彈進(jìn)行適當(dāng)補(bǔ)償,采取先卷圓后彎曲的彎曲工藝方案,并確定合理的模具整體結(jié)構(gòu)形式,對提高沖壓件的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、生產(chǎn)效率具有重要意義和實用價值。
[Abstract]:Taking the small size ticket clip as the research object, aiming at the springback problem in the production process, according to the requirements of part size, material and production batch, the comprehensive technological analysis of the parts is carried out. It is of great significance and practical value to compensate springback properly in the process of die design, to adopt the bending process scheme of rolling circle before bending, and to determine the reasonable overall structure of die, which is of great significance and practical value to improve the product quality and production efficiency of stamping parts.
