7N01鋁合金陽極氧化抗腐蝕性能研究

【摘要】:本文以硫酸溶液為基礎電解液,制備了 7N01鋁合金陽極氧化膜,探討了添加劑以及氧化時間、溫度、電流密度和硫酸溶液濃度等氧化工藝參數(shù)和封孔工藝對其膜厚、硬度和抗腐蝕性的影響。利用X射線衍射儀、掃描電子顯微鏡、顯微硬度計和電化學工作站等設備對不同工藝陽極氧化試樣的相組成、表面形貌、表面硬度和抗腐蝕性能進行了表征,結(jié)果表明:(1)當以硫酸作為基礎電解液時,相同條件下不同添加劑組合所制備的氧化膜耐蝕性均優(yōu)于無任何添加劑時所制備的氧化膜,其中“硼酸+檸檬酸+丙三醇+硫酸鑭”的添加劑組合效果最好。(2)在“硼酸+檸檬酸+丙三醇+硫酸鑭”的添加劑組合下,當氧化時間為50 min、電流密度為2.5 A/dm2、硫酸濃度為20 wt.%,以及氧化溫度為10℃時,所得到的氧化膜的耐蝕性最佳。(3)采用不同方法對氧化膜的耐蝕性進行檢測,結(jié)果表明,采用鈰鹽高溫封孔得到的氧化膜耐蝕性優(yōu)于其他幾種封孔工藝,其腐蝕電流密度為0.045 μA.cm-2。若將不同封孔工藝按其所獲氧化膜的耐蝕性由好到差進行排序,則依次為:鈰鹽高溫封孔、沸水封孔、常溫封孔和鈰鹽鈍化封孔。(4)盡管所采用的硫酸陽極氧化工藝明顯提高了合金的耐腐蝕性,但合金的表面硬度和耐磨性卻降低了。因此,要獲得良好的綜合性能,當前的氧化工藝還需進一步改進。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 7N01 aluminum alloy anodized film was prepared on the basis of sulfuric acid solution. The oxidation process parameters such as oxidation time, temperature, current density and sulfuric acid solution concentration and sealing process were discussed.
