DP980激光焊接溫度場模擬及力學(xué)性能

【摘要】:采用光纖激光焊接高強(qiáng)鋼DP980,并對溫度場分布進(jìn)行有限元計(jì)算。結(jié)果表明,焊縫中心熱循環(huán)溫度高達(dá)3204℃,迅速冷卻后形成馬氏體組織,硬度較母材提高30%,抗拉強(qiáng)度達(dá)到了1115.7 MPa,延伸率相對母材下降49.1%;鼗饏^(qū)應(yīng)力應(yīng)變曲線存在明顯的屈服平臺(tái),抗拉強(qiáng)度(850.7 MPa)明顯低于母材(986.9 MPa)。焊接接頭抗拉強(qiáng)度為母材的87.1%,延伸率為母材的32.7%。焊接接頭拉伸試樣和杯突試樣均斷于回火區(qū)。焊接接頭的杯突值較母材下降32.58%,母材主應(yīng)變值高于焊接接頭。
