淬火介質(zhì)對耐磨鑄鋼組織和性能的影響

【摘要】:分別研究了以水和機油作為淬火介質(zhì)的42CrMo鋼和雙相耐磨鋼淬火+回火后的顯微組織和性能.確定了雙相耐磨鋼和42CrMo鋼的最佳熱處理工藝及性能.結(jié)果表明:雙相耐磨鋼經(jīng)水淬和油淬回火后的顯微組織均為板條馬氏體+針狀貝氏體+碳化物;42CrMo鋼經(jīng)水淬和油淬回火后的顯微組織分別為回火馬氏體+殘余奧氏體和回火馬氏體+鐵素體+貝氏體.經(jīng)過480h的低應力磨料磨損實驗發(fā)現(xiàn),水淬+280℃回火處理的42CrMo鋼耐磨性能最好,其相對耐磨性可達高錳鋼的1.558倍.
[Abstract]:The microstructure and properties of 42CrMo steel and dual-phase wear-resistant steel quenched and tempered with water and oil as quenching medium were studied respectively. The optimum heat treatment process and properties of dual phase wear resistant steel and 42CrMo steel were determined. The results show that the microstructure of the dual-phase wear-resistant steel after water quenching and oil quenching tempering is lath martensite acicular bainite carbide. The microstructure of 42CrMo steel after water quenching and oil quenching tempering is tempered martensite retained austenite and tempered martensite ferrite bainite, respectively. After 480 h low stress abrasive wear test, it is found that 42CrMo steel tempered at 280 鈩,
