廢雜鋁再生過程化學成分預報研究

【摘要】:在廢雜鋁重熔再生過程中,由于原料化學成分波動較大,加劇了成分含量預報與調控的難度。本文對鋁合金化學成分的等級標準進行數(shù)字化表征,并確定了各質量等級的評價標準,便于檢驗鑄件優(yōu)質程度。針對廢雜鋁再生過程各工序的化學成分變化特點,制定了配料工藝調控、保溫過程成分預報和精煉工序成分調控等優(yōu)化方案。
[Abstract]:In the process of remelting and regeneration of waste aluminum, the chemical composition of the raw material fluctuates greatly, which aggravates the difficulty of predicting and controlling the content of the raw material. In this paper, the grade standard of chemical composition of aluminum alloy is characterized digitally, and the evaluation standard of each quality grade is determined, which is convenient to check the quality degree of castings. According to the characteristics of chemical composition change in various processes of waste aluminum regeneration, the optimization schemes such as proportioning process regulation, heat preservation process composition prediction and refining process composition control were formulated.
