【摘要】：針對(duì)輥彎成型不對(duì)稱"8"字形異型管的成型質(zhì)量缺陷,應(yīng)用彈塑性變形理論,采用輥彎成型設(shè)計(jì)及仿真專業(yè)軟件COPRA建立異型管輥彎成型的有限元模型,對(duì)十二機(jī)架完整輥彎成型過(guò)程進(jìn)行有限元仿真。研究結(jié)果表明:不對(duì)稱"8"字形異型管截面的小半徑圓角與其相鄰直線段交界處易產(chǎn)生應(yīng)力集中,并且由于管件截面幾何形狀特征引起的頂端受力不均勻是導(dǎo)致過(guò)彎缺陷的主因。仿真設(shè)計(jì)基于過(guò)彎缺陷控制的第7機(jī)架平輥新輥形和第8機(jī)架立輥新輥形,以抵消受壓不平衡所產(chǎn)生的過(guò)彎,實(shí)際生產(chǎn)的新輥形成型質(zhì)量好。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the forming quality defect of asymmetrical "8" shaped special shaped pipe in roll bending forming, the finite element model of special shaped pipe roll bending forming is established by using the elastic plastic deformation theory and the professional software of roll bending forming design and simulation, COPRA. The finite element simulation of 12-frame complete roll bending process is carried out. The results show that the stress concentration is easy to occur at the junction between the small radius fillet of the asymmetrical "8" shaped pipe section and its adjacent straight line segment. The non-uniform force on the tip caused by the geometric shape of the pipe section is the main cause of the over-bending defect. In order to counteract the overbending caused by the pressure imbalance, the new roll shape of the 7th stand flat roll and the eighth stand vertical roll based on the control of the over-bending defect are simulated and designed, and the quality of the new roll shape formed by the actual production is good.
