新型超高強(qiáng)度低氫脆敏感性扭桿彈簧用鋼

【摘要】:通過SEM、TEM、XRD、化學(xué)相分析等方法對(duì)比研究新型扭桿彈簧用40Si2Ni2Cr Mo V鋼(代號(hào)N1)和現(xiàn)有45Cr Ni Mo VA鋼微觀組織及其對(duì)力學(xué)性能的影響,并利用慢應(yīng)變速率拉伸方法對(duì)比研究?jī)煞N不同扭桿彈簧用鋼的氫脆敏感性。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),N1鋼由于添加硅、鉬等抗回火軟化元素,使得N1鋼在較高的300℃溫度回火時(shí)還能保持一定的抗拉強(qiáng)度,N1鋼有大量細(xì)小的ε-碳化物析出,使得屈服強(qiáng)度增加,屈強(qiáng)比在0.80以上,45Cr Ni Mo VA鋼經(jīng)180℃低溫回火后屈服強(qiáng)度在1 550 MPa左右,屈強(qiáng)比只有0.72;經(jīng)相同條件充氫后,N1鋼的慢拉伸強(qiáng)度下降幅度較小,其試樣斷口中也沒有觀察到沿晶斷裂特征,N1鋼的氫脆敏感性明顯低于45Cr Ni Mo VA鋼。
[Abstract]:The microstructure of new type 40Si2Ni2Cr Mo V steel (code N1) and existing 45Cr Ni Mo VA steel for torsion bar spring and its influence on mechanical properties were studied by SEM,TEM,XRD, chemical phase analysis and other methods. The hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of two different torsion bar spring steels was studied by slow strain rate tensile method. The results show that due to the addition of anti-tempering softening elements such as silicon and molybdenum, N1 steel can maintain a certain tensile strength at a higher tempering temperature of 300 鈩,
