不同變形量對(duì)純鎳退火行為影響的原位研究

【摘要】:采用EBSD技術(shù)觀察了不同變形量高純鎳三叉晶界的退火行為。結(jié)果表明,在退火初期,部分三叉晶界處形成尺寸較小的晶核且與基體呈孿晶關(guān)系。在進(jìn)一步退火過程中,這些晶核中的大部分被其它快速長(zhǎng)大的晶粒所吞并。軋制變形量為5%和10%時(shí),長(zhǎng)大晶粒是樣品中的原有晶粒,它們通過形變誘發(fā)晶界遷移的方式快速長(zhǎng)大,并在長(zhǎng)大過程中激發(fā)出大量Σ3n(n=1,2,3…)等重位點(diǎn)陣晶界。變形量為20%時(shí),長(zhǎng)大晶粒是退火初期形成的尺寸較大的再結(jié)晶晶粒,它消耗周圍形變組織并快速長(zhǎng)大,在長(zhǎng)大過程中也激發(fā)出大量Σ3n(n=1,2,3…)等重位點(diǎn)陣晶界。
[Abstract]:The annealing behavior of trigeminal grain boundaries of high purity nickel with different deformation was observed by EBSD technique. The results show that at the initial stage of annealing, some trigeminal nuclei with smaller size and twinning relation with the matrix are formed at the trigeminal boundary. During further annealing, most of these nuclei are absorbed by other rapidly growing grains. When the rolling deformation is 5% and 10%, the grown-up grains are the original grains in the sample.
